Tuesday, July 6th: Welcome Cocktail Party at Playon Viento from 7:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Wednesday, July 7th: The Wedding Day (Ceremony, Cocktail, Dinner Reception and Dancing)
- Wedding Ceremony at Caleta Fuego at 5:00 p.m.
- Cocktail Hour at 6:00 p.m.
- Wedding Reception at Las Cuevas from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 

Thursday, July 8th: Free Day

Friday, July 9th: Xoximilco Dinner/Drink Outing -- be at hotel lobby for pickup at 4:45pm (return to the hotel about 12:30 a.m.)
- Adults Only (make sure to wear insect repellent)
- RSVP is required directly with the couple

Saturday, July 10th: Xel Ha Excursion -- be at the hotel lobby for pickup no later than 9:15am. (This is a full-day excursion from 9:15 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
- All are welcomed
- RSVP is required directly with the couple

Sunday, July 11th: Sunday Brunch at 10:30 a.m. at Hotel Xcaret Mexico - seafood focused
- All are welcomed - you must make reservations by emailing dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com
* Costs to join the Sunday Brunch are as follows
- Ages 12 and up - $60
- Ages 6 to 11 - 50% off so $30
- Ages 0-5 - no charge

Monday, July 12th: Departure Day
- This is the date we are departing and heading home.
